Our Vision
Riverview Nursery School in Nyack, NY offers a nurturing, play-based preschool experience that blends structured and exploratory learning. In our safe, child-centered environment, children build essential early learning skills while forming meaningful friendships and positive relationships with teachers.
Children explore creativity through art, music, and movement while developing early literacy and pre-math skills through both structured and hands-on activities. Our curriculum also introduces basic science concepts and supports communication, social development, and fine and gross motor skills through engaging, sensory-rich experiences.
A consistent, structured routine helps children feel secure and confident, while encouraging independence and self-expression through play and guided activities. As children grow, our experienced teachers build on each year’s development, helping every child reach their full potential and prepare for continued success.

Riverview Nursery School is a licensed, non-profit, community-focused preschool in Nyack, NY. The school was created as a community outreach by Living Christ Church in 1991, providing a quality early childhood program. While we began with a Christian foundation, we have adapted that foundation to welcome ALL and to celebrate each child and their unique growth and development in a loving and nurturing environment.
